Maryland Optometric Association (MOA) is a non-profit professional
society providing educational, legislative and networking services
to optometrists across the state. Affiliated with the American Optometric
Association, MOA's goal for its members is to improve the quality
and professionalism of optometrists' services to the public. Find

Costs of Membership (MOA and AOA):
Licensed
or completed residency in 2002 or before - $1410.00
Licensed or completed residency in 2003 - $1093.60
Licensed or completed residency in 2004 - $777.20
Licensed or completed residency in 2005 - $426.40
Licensed or completed residency in 2006 - $213.20
Licensed or completed residency in 2007 FREE for remainder
of 2007
Age
70 before January 1, 2006 - $1057.50
Age 71 before January 1, 2006 - $705.00
Age 72+ before January 1, 2006 - $352.50
If
you are a new member (transfers from other states do not apply)
and have not been a member of the AOA in the past
two full years, you may qualify for proration of your dues. Please
indicate on your application that you are a new member to receive
this discount.
