the AOA for a complimentary breakfast honoring champions for optometry.
The event will take place on the final day of the AOA’s Congressional
Advocacy Conference, Wednesday, April 9, from 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC. This breakfast will run from
7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and will feature Members of Congress receiving
the AOA Health Care Leadership Award. We invite all local optometrists
to attend the breakfast at no cost. This is a great opportunity
for local optometrists to see what’s going on in Congress.
It is essential that we have a packed and enthusiastic audience,
and are able to show our appreciation to the leaders in Washington
who have stood with us through the battles of the last year.
